Canadian Macedonian Restaurant Co-op

Trade association (historic) · Toronto · Greater Toronto Area

The restaurateurs' own association from the trade's golden age — and the sponsor, with Helen and Angelo Argiro, of this society's 2007 republication of 'Men in White Aprons'. Its membership rolls would read as a directory of the community's kitchens; the society would dearly like to recover them.
